Here are the nominees for the 77th annual Golden Globes!

Ahhhh can you smell that? Smells like award season and for some it smells like victory.

Next month marks the 77th annual Golden Globes ceremony which honors some of the best performances in both television and film. On the motion picture side both JOKER and THE IRISHMAN led the way. JOKER picked up nominations for Actor (Joaquin Phoenix), Director (Todd Phillips), and Picture, while THE IRISHMAN was nominated for Director (Martin Scorsese), Best Supporting Actor twice (Al Pacino, Joe Pesci) and Picture. Meanwhile Noah Baumbach's MARRIAGE STORY scored the most film nominations with six.

On the television side of things, Game of Thrones was noticeably absent scoring exactly one nomination – Kit Harrington for Best Actor. Meanwhile the critically acclaimed drama Killing Eve earned nominations in both the Best Drama category and Best Actress (Jodie Comer). Actor Brian Cox also scored a nomination for his role in HBO's Succession which also received an nomination for Best Television Series – Drama. You can check out the full list of nominees below:
