Dead by Daylight: The Halloween Chapter coming this October!

With most of our time spent this past year hyping and then reporting on FRIDAY THE 13TH: THE GAME it only makes sense that it was time for some of the other iconic slashers to get games of their own. We let you know a while back that there was talk of a CHILD'S PLAY video game in the works, and now we have new regarding HALLOWEEN: THE GAME!

Well, not exactly… but still the news is about as cool as it gets since… well, since FRIDAY THE 13TH: THE GAME! The Halloween Game will be an extension of the already available slasher game DEAD BY DAYLIGHT, which was released on Playstation 4 and XBox One today.

A DLC pack called DEAD BY DAYLIGHT: THE HALLOWEEN CHAPTER will be added to Dead by Daylight on October 25th that lets you play as Michael Myers, or get this, Laurie Strode! The pack also comes with a Haddonfield map, which – if the announcement trailer below is any sort of indication – looks just like the Haddonfield from John Carpenter's classic.

It’s based on the original movie. Michael is the ultimate stalker. So as opposed to all the other killers that we have, Michael sees you and he watches you. So the power of Michael grows as he’s stalking you. And at some point he will be able to build up that meter, that power, until he becomes evil incarnate.
