Without question, one of the brightest shining lights in David Lynch's modern-masterpiece Showtime revival series TWIN PEAK: THE RETURN was actor Kyle MacLachlan's turn as not only Special Agent Dale Cooper but as his arm-wrestling, face-smashing doppelganger evil Dale Cooper.

Well if enjoyed MacLachlan's turn in TWIN PEAKS season three as much as I did, then you'll be happy to hear that the star has just joined Eli Roth's THE HOUSE WITH A CLOCK IN ITS WALLS.

MacLachlan will be joining the cast that already includes GOOSEBUMPS-star Jack Black and Cate Blanchett in the adaptation of John Bellairs' 973 horror book.
