Father's Day will be celebrated on June 16th in the United States this year, but on Hulu the celebration will start a little early. The next feature film in the holiday-themed anthology series Into the Dark is the show's Father's Day entry, THEY COME KNOCKING.
Directed by Adam Mason, who previously directed the April Fool's Day entry of Into the Dark (titled I'M JUST F*CKING WITH YOU), THEY COME KNOCKING was written by Shane and Carey Van Dyke. The synopsis:
After losing his wife to cancer, a father takes his two daughters on a road trip where he finds his family in the crosshairs of terrifying supernatural entities.
Clayne Crawford, Josephine Langford, Lia McHugh, and Robyn Lively star.
Into the Dark is a collaboration between Hulu and Blumhouse Television. THEY COME KNOCKING will be available for viewing on the Hulu streaming service as of June 7th.
I have enjoyed most of the movies in the Into the Dark series up to this point, and THEY COME KNOCKING looks like another good one to me.
