Again, the film is the third entry in the HELL HOUSE LLC series which kicked off 

Five years after 15 people were killed during a haunted house tour, a documentary crew visits the scene to investigate what really happened.

The action then continued in HELL HOUSE LLC II: THE ABADDON HOTEL which picked up 

Eight years after a hotel's tragic opening, an investigative journalist is convinced key evidence remains in the abandoned hotel. She assembles a team to help her break into the building to find the truth and shed light on the mystery.

Featuring the return of stars Ryan Jennifer Jones, Danny Bellini, Gore Abrams, Adam Schneider, Theodore Bouloukos, and Jared Hacker, along with Joy Shatz, Jillian Geurts, and Brian David Tracy (as "demonic former Abaddon Hotel owner Andrew Tully"), this "final" installment follows: 

Guests both past and present will be forced to battle for their souls as all is revealed about the infamous Abaddon Hotel and the evil that dwells there. Set one year after the events of Hell House LLC II: The Abaddon Hotel, this haunted locale is on the verge of being torn down when it is purchased by billionaire Russell Wynn (Gabriel T. Chytry) as the new home for his popular interactive show “Insomnia.” He invites journalist Venessa Sheppard (Elizabeth Vermilyea) and her crew to record everything happening inside the hotel, leading up to the show. But, they soon encounter a more nefarious plot, one that threatens to unleash a veritable hell on earth!

Stephen Cognetti directs this third film which will premiere exclusively on the Shudder streaming service on September 19th, 2019.
