Audrey Corsa will have a hidden rage in Tell Me a Story season 2

This Thursday, December 5th, the second season of SCREAM writer Kevin Williamson's series Tell Me a Story will be making its premiere on the CBS All Access streaming service. While the first season of the show put a thriller twist on the fairy tales The Three Little Pigs, Red Riding Hood, and Hansel and Gretel, the new season will be giving Beauty and the Beast, Sleeping Beauty, and Cinderella the same treatment.

Just a few days before the season begins, the name of another cast member has been revealed. Audrey Corsa will have a recurring role in the season, playing a character named Taylor. "While Taylor seems mousey at first, she has a hidden rage within. She knows her boyfriend has done something horrible, but she still tries to protect him."

Corsa's co-stars will include:

Danielle Campbell as Olivia, who is part of the Sleeping Beauty storyline. "Self-possessed, strong, smart and sly, Olivia left small-town life behind (including a small-town boyfriend) and moved to Nashville to pursue her her master’s degree in Philosophy and Comparative Literature. But fate has new plans for Olivia, plans which will force her to rely on every ounce of strength, brains and craftiness she’s got — simply to survive."

Carrie-Anne Moss as Rebecca, who has ties to all three storylines. "The steely matriarch of the Pruitt family, Rebecca keeps her emotions firmly in check. After losing her husband over a decade ago in a car crash, Rebecca was forced to raise her three children solo, with varying degrees of success. She struggles to find balance between practicality, tough love and actual love (especially with her youngest daughter, Ashley, played by Lind), and after years of pouring all her energy into her children, Rebecca is ready to start focusing on herself."

Paul Wesley as Tucker, "a struggling novelist who spends his sleepless nights toiling away in a secluded cabin in the woods and his days trying to prove he's good enough for his beautiful fiancee as a dark secret threatens to destroy his world."

Matt Lauria as Jackson, "the black sheep of a family who is torn between his demons and the desire to be a better man. He meets his match in a mysterious woman who pulls him into a sinister web of deceit and murder."

Eka Darville as the "stoic and honorable" Beau, "whose adherence to a moral code has recently blown up both his personal and professional life. As he struggles to navigate his new reality, he’ll discover that the line between what’s right and what’s necessary, between duty and desire, is never easy to navigate."

Ashley Madekwe as the Cinderella-esque Simone, "who, upon returning home after her father’s untimely death, is forced to come face-to-face with the life she purposefully left behind. Driven by regret and anger, Simone will put her own life in danger to uncover her family’s dark secrets."

Odette Annable of CLOVERFIELD and THE UNBORN as Maddie, who is part of the Sleeping Beauty storyline. She is "a quintessential middle child, the peace keeping overachiever who tries to maintain calm and control while her loved ones spiral. But after taking care of a broken family for so many years, Maddie may not be willing to do the same for the man she loves."

Natalie Alyn Lind as Ashley, who plays a part in the Beauty and the Beast story. She's "a rising country music singer who survives a brutal attack only to find that her nightmare isn’t over. Once hungry for the spotlight, Ashley now hides herself in the shadows of her home avoiding anyone who gets too close."

Tell Me a Story follows in the footsteps of the Spanish TV series Cuéntame un cuento and the Mexican series Érase Una Vez. The show is executive produced by Williamson, Liz Friedlander, Aaron Kaplan, and Dana Honor.
