Cool Horror Videos: Friday the 13th: Vengeance, with CJ Graham & Steve Dash

Last year, we shared the news that there was a FRIDAY THE 13TH fan film in the works titled FRIDAY THE 13TH: VENGEANCE. This one would pick up thirty years after the events of JASON LIVES: FRIDAY THE 13TH PART VI and include F13 franchise alumni C.J. Graham, Steve Dash, and Tom McLoughlin in its cast. FRIDAY THE 13TH: VENGEANCE has since been released and can be watched on YouTube in its entirety – and since this is a Friday the 13th, it's the perfect time to share it as a Cool Horror Video. The movie is embedded above.

Directed by Jeremy Brown from a screenplay he wrote with Stacy Brown, Dustin Montierth, Jason Brooks, Mike Meade, and T.C. DeWitt, VENGEANCE follows

the exploits of the young daughter of Tommy Jarvis, Angelica, who is hellbent to travel to the very place where it all began to find her missing father. We also follow the very man who was long believed to be Jason Voorhees father. Vengeance also illuminates some dark dealings with the Wessex County Sheriff's Department throughout the years. Finally we witness the return of Jason Voorhees, what is now driving him?

Kelly Tappan plays Angelica Jarvis, with Luke Schuck as Robert Thompson and Jason Brooks as Jason Voorhees.

With the official F13 franchise currently dormant thanks to a lawsuit between the original film's producer/director Sean S. Cunningham and screenwriter Victor Miller, fan films like FRIDAY THE 13TH: VENGEANCE are the closest thing we're going to get to a sequel for the foreseeable future. So why not spend some time this Friday the 13th seeing what these fans have come up with?
