Director calls Godzilla vs Kong “the thrill of a lifetime”

Director Adam Wingard's GODZILLA VS. KONG has been pushed back eight months, from March to November 20, 2020, so it can be an A+ flick. And today we're hearing from Wingard that this seems to be working in the movie's favor as he says his work on the film has been "the thrill of a lifetime" and he's "so damned excited about this crazy movie!"

Specifically, Wingard took to Instagram to say:

Working on GvK has been the thrill of a lifetime. We’re on the home stretch of editorial, just a few more months to go! I tend to stay quiet about my projects as I work on them, but I just gotta say I’m so damned excited about this crazy movie!

GODZILLA VS. KONG will feature the Titans beating the ass off one another for 2hrs and change. But if you need to know more about the motion picture, here is the official synopsis:

GODZILLA VS. KONG is directed by Adam Wingard from a screenplay written by Terry Rossio (PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN). The film stars Alexander Skarsgard, Rebecca Hall, Brian Tyree Henry, Eiza Gonzalez, Jessica Henwick, Julian Dennison, Demian Bichir, Millie Bobby Brown, Kyle Chandler, and Shun Oguri. Once set to hit on May 29 – then March 13 – GODZILLA VS. KONG will now be in theatres on November 20, 2020.
