That might be the question being asked by Christian Bale's John Connor (rhetorical though it may be; the answer is, of course, John Connor) in this picture from TERMINATOR SALVATION, from the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly. Apparently in the early days of the skirmish with Skynet, the best way to defeat a Terminator is to land a helicopter on it, and then shoot it in the face point-blank with a modified M4. Where are the phased-plasma rifles in a 40-watt range?
