In one of my casual visits to the Apple Trailers page, I came across a movie called Quid Pro Quo. Never heard of it, but checked out the cast, and it was enough for me. Vera Farmiga, who I’ve been crushing on since I saw her in her undies in THE DEPARTED, and Nick Stahl, who I’ve been crushing on since I saw him get his balls ripped off by Bruce Willis in SIN CITY. Then I read the plot synopsis and it frightened me: a noir thriller about people who purposely sought out disability. Then I watched the trailer, and it is an artful, elegant, disturbing, and overall brilliant piece of movie marketing, except for the last few seconds, where if you look carefully, and listen carefully, might reveal a potential spoiler.
