Orphan poster

I love a good “psycho kid” movie as much as the next guy, which is why I was excited upon first learning about ORPHAN. Much like THE GOOD SON and THE OMEN, Peter Sarsgaard and Vera Farmiga play the unlucky parents that adopt a little girl who isn’t quite what she seems. Translation: she’s a f*cking psycho and their asses are grasses. The trailer for the ominous-looking film left me somewhat underwhelmed, but this new poster is scary as all hell. And check out that tagline. Apparently the monster in a dress has a dark secret and the studio is really pushing the potential surprise ending in its marketing campaign for the film. Colour me interested. If that poster doesn’t give you the chills, then you should be living on that small island in the south pacific with the rest of the robots.
