Ninja Assassin first look

The film stars super sexy dream hunk Rain as Raizo, one of the deadliest assassins in the world. Taken from the streets as a child, he was transformed into a trained killer by the Ozunu Clan, a secret society whose very existence is considered a myth. But haunted by the merciless execution of his friend by the Clan, Raizo breaks free from them and vanishes. Now he waits, preparing to exact his revenge. James McTeigue directs.

McTeigue is fighting a major battle if he wants to make this thing suck. I don’t know what you can make a movie about that is any inherently cooler than ninjas. You could make one about playboy bunnies and a blowjob contest they enter to save the mansion, but then you’d still have to listen to a bunch of chicks yammer on for an hour about shopping or whatever. In ninja movies they say like five words and if the point isn’t understood they just chop a mother-f*cker. Advantage? Ninjas.
