Jared Leto wasn't able to make it to the first SUICIDE SQUAD table read due to being on tour with his band 30 Seconds to Mars, but some fans still wanted to know "Where is Jared?" Director David Ayer has responded to that question by tweeting a new look at the actor's Joker transformation, and the image pays homage to the classic Alan Moore and Brian Bolland graphic novel Batman: The Killing Joke.

Smile!

Throw some red lipstick and a snazzy purple suit on Jared Leto and I'd say he's almost good to go as The Joker. Filming for SUICIDE SQUAD will begin sometime this month, and with San Diego Comic-Con 2015 just three months away, I'm wondering if that is when we will get the first official look at the main cast (which includes Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Will Smith as Deadshot, Jai Courtney as Boomerang, and Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flag) in costume. Which SUICIDE SQUAD character are you the most excited to see on the big screen?

SUICIDE SQUAD is set to open on August 5, 2016.
