Interview: Get Him to the Greek star Russell Brand!

Well I don’t quite know what to say about this interview. It’s certainly safe to say that this is NSFW and it is also safe to mention that I found myself laughing more than any other interview I’ve done in quite awhile. Russell Brand is a charming individual. He has a whole lot of fans from the UK and a few from the US. He stole a scene or two in FORGETTING SARAH MARSHALL which led to the return of rock star Aldous Snow in GET HIM TO THE GREEK. Oh yeah, there is that Katy Perry thing too!

Now when I sat down with Russell he had just come back from lunch. He had a green beverage with him, and after a few words I asked him what he was drinking. It wasn’t enough to tell me, he insisted I take a sip. If you know me, you know that that is not something I do. But frankly, I just did it and it tasted pretty good, and it wasn’t an alcoholic beverage in case you were wondering. So after that, Russell and I talked Academy Awards and what could possibly spew from him and Liza Minnelli. But he also mentions that you go see GET HIM TO THE GREEK opening this Friday at a theatre near you.
