Sharks in Venice?!

Last Updated on July 27, 2021

Venice, a beautiful city known for its gorgeous canals and – if I’m to believe every cartoon I’ve ever seen set there – guys singing while rowing lovey-dovy couples on canoes, has long been without bloodthirsty predators roaming its serene waters, so the shark-obsessed company Nu Image is putting an end to that. Hence we have SHARKS IN VENICE.

“The Foywonder” over at Dread Central has diligently researched Nu Image’s seemingly unending catalogue of shark flicks (SHARK ATTACK’s 1-3, RAGING SHARKS among many others), as well as uncovered that SHARKS IN VENICE will star “the awesome Baldwin” Stephen, and Scarlett Johansson’s sister Vanessa. (Where is “Mildred Witherspoon” and “Craig Clooney?”) It would be rude to ignore the fact that Nu Image has MANSQUITO, THE SNAKE KING, and the highly anticipated MEGASNAKE to their credit, so their dependancy on killer animals isn’t limited to sharks.

Finally, SHARKS IN VENICE will be shot in lovely… Bulgaria. Ahhh… Bulgaria…
