Exclusive poster debut for Gregory Levasseur’s The Pyramid

Back in July we learned that Gregory Levasseur, who has collaborated with Alexandre Aja on the scripts for HIGH TENSION, THE HILLS HAVE EYES and MANIAC, would be getting his own crack behind the camera with THE PYRAMID, a horror flick being distributed by 20th Century Fox and produced by Aja. We also learned that the film would be headed our way on December 5, 2014, and now we've got your EXCLUSIVE first look at the poster below. If you're like us then you're very much looking forward to entering THE PYRAMID this December, but be warned: You Only Enter Once!

Here's the synopsis:

A team of U.S. archaeologists unearths an ancient pyramid buried deep beneath the Egyptian desert. As they search the pyramid's depths, they become hopelessly lost in its dark and endless catacombs. Searching for a way out, they become desperate to seek daylight again. They come to realize they aren't just trapped, they are being hunted.

The cast includes Ashley Hinshaw, Denis O'Hare, James Buckley and Daniel Amerman. The script was penned by Daniel Meersand and Nick Simon.
