Honestly who gives a shit if #88 is sucking grass while he should be chewing sole. These ads are made to be watched and enjoyed not to be nitpicked.
Manns was technically and overall better in my opinion. But after rewatching Fincher's I also liked it quite a bit. |

please ayestrain.. you're one of those annoying kids aren't you? Who finds something negative in things that are gunning for being creative and positive. He's taking his time to turn an AD into art, and that commercial was gorgeous. Much like last year's. Everything about sports is incredible, as is the drama and the story telling of the games and players. I like the way it's attracted big name directors to do great things with them.
I also think it's bad ass that they're now including the entire team and other players to make it more realistic. The most annoying thing is seeing a football commercial and then seeing #18 on the colts being a WR in the background (like at the end of Michael Mann's, when #4 on the steelers is somehow on the defense.. which is impossible). It bothers me. Gates picked LT off the ground and quentin jammer was on the sidelines.. I think that's fucking awesome. |
