Chung in Dragonball

Jamie Chung has joined the cast of James Wong’s (FINAL DESTINATION) live action adaptation of DRAGONBALL as a love-interest called Chi Chi. This is a big break for her, having previously being able to list ‘Hooters Girl’ in CHUCK AND LARRY and ‘Flirting Girl’ in Veronica Mars’ on her resume. And in true JoBlo.com tradition, since other sites are trying to post up hot pictures of the thus far pretty much unknown starlet, I’m gonna go ahead and give you guys a video instead. DRAGONBALL is the story of an adult humanoid alien named Goku (Justin Chatwin) who, after discovering he was sent to Earth to destroy the population, tries to fulfill the wish of his dying grandfather and collect all seven of the world’s mystical Dragon Balls to keep them out of the hands of the evil aliens. James Marsters (BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER) will play the villainous Piccolo. And yeah, I’d love to be wrong about this, but the odds of this movie being good are fairly remote.
